Your order will ship within five days after it’s been placed. If an item is out of stock we’ll contact you and let you know when you can expect to receive it.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your selection, please use the following steps to return your merchandise:

-Email us at sales@botanicalstyle.com or call us at 215-848-0580, we’ll log in the details of your return so you don’t have to fill out any forms. We’ll also give you a Return Tracking Number (RT#) that will help ensure a speedy refund.

-Repack your return in the original box and packing material – take care to note the way it was packed when
you received the box. Please note that we must receive the merchandise in good condition in order to guarantee a full refund.

-Send the return using the shipper of your choice (US Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Make sure that your RT#, name and return address are on the outside of the box. Unfortunately return shipping charges are not refundable. Send the package so that it’s trackable and insure and mail it to:

-We’ll send you an email confirming that your refund is complete. Refunds are processed within five business days after we’ve received your return.
